I went to the cafe with a friend on 30th December. We wanted a cup of tea each. We paid and went to the drinks machines. I find these confusing and overwhelming at the best of times. We could not find the teabags we wanted. There were no clean mugs or milk either, we had to ask for them. I felt embarrassed that I had suggested going to the cafe. The self-service drinks area needs more notices and instructions. The clothing are does provide some smart and useful items at competitive prices.

It was a toss up between 1 or 2 stars!! Waited over an hour for food but when it eventually came it was nothing loke what I ordered for the family!! Being too tired and hungry to argue the issue but.. not only was it this morrisons but also Taunton with no hot food to be served, Bridgwater with a broken dish washer so only certain items available.. Weston-super-Mare again wrong or missing items...and wonder why so many of these cafes are closing down...can't get the staff these days rings a bell!! Won't be using them again.

Went for breakfast today. There’s a guy who works in the cafe with tattoos on his neck and arms, what a lovely dude always happy puts me and the mrs in a good mood cause he’s always in a good mood. Give this guy a raise would you. Also the girl on the tills always really nice as well, do the same for her.

I won’t lie to you, probably the worst Morrisons i’ve ever been in. I will start off by saying i’m happy there were bins outside as i needed to use one. That is the end of the positives. Our first issue was that nothing was in its correct place. Raw bacon where the cooked meat section is? Ready to eat meat by the pizza deli? They didn’t have the chicken we wanted anyways. The cookies i wanted were rock solid, no good to me. We settled on a few other items instead and headed for a self scan. Tills were extremely busy, so we figured this would be quicker. Boy, were we wrong! There were absolutely no staff around the self checkouts. We were waiting for so long for our energy drinks to be approved. Eventually we went to the customer service desk with our items to be served instead as nobody had come. The man on the desk was dealing with a difficult customer before us, but he was rather rude to us too. No please or thank you. He didn’t offer or give a receipt, or even say goodbye. Really unwelcoming experience. By this point, our self scan was still flashing red and no colleague had come to clear it. We head off to leave, the security guard (sat down, had absolutely no intention on moving or following us) started to shout after us. We approached him and he said he noticed we had left the self scans without paying. We explained we went to the customer service desk instead as no one came to help, he gave us a thumbs up and we were on our way. Great to know that actual thieves will be challenged and stopped by security. Surely if we had stolen, we wouldn’t have turned round and spoke to him? So extremely bizarre and such an uncomfortable experience, this was my first visit and most definitely my last!

Im not a local, while staying in the area, this was my go to for snacks etc... Arriving at about 5:30pm i struggle to get the best of the "Pie Shop" as its already closed, and there is probably a selection of 5 items left. Heading down to the Delli area, there does seem to still be a good selection available, but its also on its last legs. Its no longer looking at its best. Its a good around supermarket, I wish they had the scan and shop ability as that helps me to keep within my work budget. Fuel station next to store which is convenient for all.

The store offers a wide range of products, including fresh produce, groceries, household items, clothing, and electronics. One of the standout features of Morrisons is its extensive selection of fresh produce, with a particular emphasis on locally sourced products. The store has a dedicated section for fresh fruits and vegetables, which are arranged neatly and clearly labelled for easy identification. Can also find a variety of freshly baked bread, pastries, and cakes in the in-store bakery.

Morrisons cribbs causeway. Been 3 times to the cafe for food sat afternoon .Always the same excuse we only got a few things on. Prefer yate or fishponds. It was not late on sat afternoon. Absolutely disgusting. It comes across like they can't be bothered to cook . Loosing £20 a time. The staff has got no get up or go .only thing they got to do is chat to other staff.

Used the self service tills today for a large shop. Nitemare! Slow speed on till, doesnt make any noise when swiping and your not sure its gone through. Constantly stops if you dont throw it on the platform /bag immediately. ill not be using them again.

Went for breakfast here on a bank holiday morning and the best thing about it was the plate. The service was poor and the team were more interested in chatting amongst themselves. The breakfast was awful can't say that I will ever go in a morrisons cafe again. I would have said 1 out of ten. Worst review I think I have ever done.
