   They don't deliver in 1 day as promised, neither in 2 days, and if you try to call them to go to the depot they don't answer the phone..

   Poor customer service, asked for a redelivery twice over three days then I called again and was told I needed to call another number for the redelivery... Just terrible. Rude staff also who can't do their job.... spoke to someone called Ellie.... please get a new job Was expensive postage as well! I don't ever do reviews, but this experience was so poor felt like others need to know and avoid!

   Useless. Didn’t deliver urgent delivery as promised despite making sure someone would be home. No card left. No redelivery. Nobody picks up phone or responds to emails.

   Didn't deliver on promised day (these things happen though), but then didn't deliver on time as re-arranged either. No answer on the phone despite many attempts. Terrible service/customer service

   3rd unsuccessful delivery "attempt" today. 3rd time no calling card has been left, and no telephone call has been left to the specified number. overnight express service is now 3 weeks late being delivered. Pathetic service.

   Scheduled a Re-Delivery which wasn't delivered. I called their service line. After 3 attempts got through only to tell me the delivery would come 4 days later, after I fly out to Miami. Great stuff.
