ECourier is a parcel courier service that will take your booking online, charge your credit card, and then not turn up on the day when the job is booked. I phoned them when the deadline had passed for the collection of the item. The customer service agent on the phone put my call on hold, then called me from another line to inform me (while the other call was still on hold) and changed their accent ever so slightly and tried to make out that they were reaching out to me to inform me of the delay in service. You honestly would not believe that a company or an individual would act this way in business, rude, arrogant, and definitely no apology. I had to book on the day from a rival company that was collected within 15 minutes of booking and then delivered 25 minutes later. Thankfully, there are professional companies still out there that will not let you down, Thank you, AL.
