    Avoid this place at all costs. They don’t scan evri parcels and only search by name—no barcodes, no tracking checks. Customers are told to dig through piles themselves. Parcels, including valuable ones, are left where anyone can grab them, and staff don’t properly monitor. I’ve had multiple parcels go missing in just a week. Completely unprofessional, careless, and unsafe. Do not send anything here.

    STAY AWAY!!!!! I’ve been coming to this place for a while now to use Evri services, and honestly, I’ve had enough. I’m not even going to get into how the husband and wife have treated me in the past. Every single day, there’s a new excuse about why the machine isn’t working — "it’s closed," "it opens at 4pm," "it closes at 9pm" — all complete lies, by the way. Funny how whenever the younger gentleman is there, he’s always happy to help at any time without any drama. He’s literally the only decent person in that whole building. I wish him well. The husband and wife clearly only care if you’re spending money there. What they don’t seem to realise is that their terrible attitude is exactly why people refuse to buy from them! Why would I pay higher prices and be treated badly? I can shop at Co-op next door where the staff are genuinely lovely and respectful. I’ve been patient and given them so many chances, stayed quiet all this time — but enough is enough. I will be contacting Evri to raise a formal complaint.

    Incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. Especially, with the Evri service. Machine is either warming up, broken or they randomly refuse a parcel. Complete waste of time. Luckily more parcel shops and lockers are available, I’ve stopped going there.

    Very bad they first refuse to take my parcel with the reason (they don’t take big parcel) he was liyng obviously has he had bigger parcel then mine there on the floor. Then he start shauting at me because I asked him a valid reason why he would’t take it as I travel all the way there with the parcel. He said that was his home and he decide wich parcel to take or not. Don’t go there if you don’t want to have a bad experience with that person. Evri should take off the service as they don’t do any service at all there.

    Been here twice, different occasions to drop off parcels I paid for online. First time lied and said they only do same day and I had missed the collection, "come back tomorrow". This time lied and said they only accept packages under 1kg. Had to drive 2 miles away to another corner shop that serviced me normally. Not sure what their problem is.

    Absolutely awful! I went in there to drop off a couple Evri parcels and the shopkeeper was extremely rude! He wouldn’t let me write my name or sign that I had dropped my parcels off in the shop and simply gave me the paper counterpart. Then he was shouting at me to take the rubbish with me (plastic back off which the labels were printed). Never have I experienced such shocking customer service. It’s fair to say I will never be going back to that shop!

    Very rude shopkeepers!! Horrible experience. Any parcel bigger than a shoebox is an issue. Why will EVRI allow a shop with ONE SQUARE METRE of space to store parcels (and terrible mannered shopkeepers) to become their drop off point.... is baffling.

    Didn’t want to get my return package and after telling him I was told to come back after work, he gave attitude and said “well, you can come back on Monday and give it to the other guy then”. Then atee just asking if he couldn’t please just take it, as I was earlier doing other returns, he said: “Just leave it there then” and I said: “But dont you have to scan it first?” he replied: “Its not working” (Which it was, cos he never mentioned that before. Unnecessary rude, and I was going to buy some stuff there, but they lost a customer!
