   3 days the machine hasn't worked. It says wifi issues but they refuse to do anything and were very rude when I tried to tell them they just need to reset it! I spoke to 3 different people on the 3 separate occasions I went there to try to return my item but each time I was met with rude/no help/no care to the situation.

   Terrible customer service, refuse to accept Evri parcels claiming they’re too big when they’re no bigger than a men’s shoe box! Claiming Evri will not collect the parcel as it’s too big. The man is very unhelpful and rude! I’ve been to this shop previously when there was another guy manning the desk and he happily accepted a parcel of the exact same size. I told the man this and he said no, they wouldn’t have collected it, it won’t get delivered we can’t accept it. Absolutely useless Evri shop. Don’t waste your time. 15 mins walk down to Tesco on chamberlain road and they will accept all Evri parcels and are very helpful. Evri should not be paying this shop commission for offering their service, as they only offer it when it suits them and turn people away with no good reason.

   Very unhelpful, I travelled here from ladbroke grove to send back a parcel to evri(hermes) to find out they only except parcels from 9am, the whole point of this service is to make it easy for people to send back parcels, I work full time therefore not always easy to find a Shop that returns parcels. The customer service also very unpleasant.

   Terrible customer service. The guy ignored my question, scanned my parcel's barcode without my permission and threw away my receipt when I protested. Strongly recommend going to other Hermes locations.
