Do not use this place to return your parcels. They are rude and insulting and they did not accept my parcel because I wanted proof of my parcel being scanned for my records as I have had parcels go missing in the past elsewhere. I went elsewhere and they were happy to accommodate my request to take a photograph of my parcel being scanned (no faces).
