I have been to this shop to post items via evri. Every Time I wish I hadn't. Poor customer service. I went to return an item to Amazon. I was informed by Amazon that I would not need to package the item as the store would do it. When arriving I went to scan my QR code and was told 'package your item' by the man behind the counter. I explained that I am returning my item and Amazon had said that you would. He told me that he doesn't have packaging and that he's run out and told me to package it myself. I obviously wasn't prepared for this as the shop was supposed to do it. So I had to leave without being able to return the item. It would have been nice if he could've told me when the packaging would arrive. Even though this is the nearest Evri shop I would rather travel further to avoid the terrible customer service and rudeness that I get from here
