Extremely rude delivery driver. He refused to help unload the contents of his van and instead preferred for my wife and I to do it. No updates or notifications about when they may choose to arrive. You simply will wait for a random arrival time. I did subsequently call the company to give this feedback before posting online. I was met by someone who kept calling me mate. He then contradicted himself when attempting to quote company policy. I have CCTV of the whole incident which I may subsequently upload.
