   A very fast and easy experience with Get My Parcel who shipped my large box from the UAE to the UK. My parcel actually arrived one day early! The whole process from start to finish was so easy. Communication and updates were recieved all throughout the process. Very reasonably priced too compared to other companies. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

   I was very happy with the service provided to help me ship a suitcase from the UK to Australia. Not only are the rates very competitive and cheaper compared to others, but the speed at which it got delivered was fantastic. The process of booking is very easy and detailed instructions are provided on what to do. My suitcase got picked up promptly on the day I chose and it arrived at the other end in 3 business days with no issues at all. Detailed tracking was also provided so I was able to see all the stops it went through. Very happy and grateful for the team for their services.

   I recently relocated from the UK to Singapore and used GetMyParcel to send my goods. I dealt with Nivia via email from quotation to the delivery and found her very responsive all the time. The quote I received was competitive and they delivered the goods through DHL. I had delicate items such as large TV and Home cinema, it all arrived safely, but you need to make sure to use the correct box and right packaging. I would look forward to use them again in future with no hesitation.

   We used Get My Parcel for an international move. We only sent 4 large boxes. The price was competitive and the booking was really easy. The service provided was however below our expectations. Firstly they put the wrong postcode on the labels which only came to light when we diligently checked everything, then they sent the courier a few days early which would have caused the parcels to arrive before us which was not allowed with customs, then they did not provide a full packing list to Canadian customs (which we spent hours preparing) and then there was limited aftercare when there was an issue with tracking and collection. They were quick to resolve the first two issues, which is why we have given 2 stars, and they have a WhatsApp message service to get things sorted quickly, but it caused too much worry and stress. We were not convinced the parcels would make it to us, but thankfully they did.
