   The person in the shop was unhelpful and rude. Evri machine said three times that it's not connected to the internet, but he insisted that something's wrong with my QR code. To the question: "Could you please connect the machine to your WiFi so I can print the label?" he shrugged and told me to go somewhere else. His very basic English didn't help either. Will not use this shop again.

   Really awful experience not helped by the Evri who make it impossible to speak to a person. Customer service in the shop is disgraceful. If you don't want to do the job, then let someone who does. Will not be visiting again and don't recommend.

   Always issues with this company! Never using them again . Takes a lot of time to talk to customer service and they're drivers I feel they just don't want to work! They literally take a picture of the parcel without any evidence of it being on my doorstep and it says delivered now I gotta waste my time for something that should be they're job . I mean change the job if you don't like it you know..
