Claiming the label printer was “broken” the staff ask me to return tomorrow as they claim a new one would be deliver. But what they didn’t expect is that I appeared 2h after after thanks to a friend manage to print a label and to my surprise when I returned the printer was working. I don’t know what the deal but this issue is “broken label printers” happens way to often. I genuinely don’t believe it. Ervi. Please have a look into this. You advertise a printer in store and is not the first time this happened. If they can’t handle the amount of parcel so quit offering the service
