Delivery due between 12:15-14:15. Failed. App updates that re delivery will attempted tomorrow as no-one available. Lies. It’s an army barracks, we have a 24 hour guardroom. Paid extra for 24 hour delivery for important goods and now event ruined. No wonder so many are switching to private postal courier firms. Useless.

Awful attitude, awful service and can’t be trusted. I’ve been sitting duck all day waiting for special delivery letter with a paperwork which requires me to travel abroad next day just to receive a message that my property was inaccessible. How!!!!! The second attempt was also failure despite I’ve been waiting since 8 o’clock for the same bloody letter during the next day. And yet again received a message “unable to deliver” How!!!! They are simply the clowns with the crown. Nothing is royal about this service.

Had a slight issue with my special delivery package, I immediately called the customer service line and headed down to the sorting office despite it being closed. I ran into a very helpful delivery Driver called Rupert who helped me tirelessly to track my package which was important documents. He was able to get in contact with the driver and have my documents redelivered. I think Rupert deserved recognition and a raise :)

Paid for next day delivery but the item didn't come. The next day they claimed to have attempted delivery 7.15am and couldn't reach me but this isn't true as delivery address was my office which is open 24.7, front desk said no one had come plus I was in work since 7am and no one tried to ring me etc. I even walked to the delivery office and was told 7.15am is too early for them to have attempted delivery and the item was likely in the van and would still come that day but it didn't. Tracking app then said it would be automatically re delivered next working day (so Monday) but on Monday they only brought the attempted delivery card from Friday. I then rearranged to pick it up at the local post office as I was growing concerned. It was meant to come today but hasn't - app now just saying it's in transit. No idea where parcel is or why there has been so many problems and not possible to get in contact with DO directly.

£700 on a new mobile. Urgently needed. RM says delivering 10am-2pm. At 3.06pm, no sign of it. FAIL. No surprise there. Phone customer service... 40 min waiting. Result? Inconvenience and disappointment. Recommendation? Privatise RM. Or just scrap it and let private sector take up the slack.
