Went to a till and put my shopping on the conveyor belt only to be told he was shutting and to use a self service. Rarely an assistant manning a checkout in this store nowadays. They like you to do their job for them
Every time we run errands I dread shopping here because the security guard always follows us around because he thinks we’re stealing. Just because we’re teenagers and have piercings doesn’t give you a right to profile us and make us uncomfortable and uneasy. We’re literally regulars here. Your security guard isn’t even slick, he’s just right up in our faces. Do better.
Refused to let disabled person use toilet but let another person use just before I'd asked. My Complaint has been ignored, no reply from corporate. Avoid, just go lidl they even give free sanitary ware. Would give 0 stars if I could. Disgusted with the whole process.

I do not tolerate guide dogs, it is very sad. I have been shopping in Lidl Aldi stores for 30 years. Now unfortunately I cannot. You are not allowed to enter the store that I always visit with a guide dog.......Too bad, sorry. The best thing is that I deliver all the goods to them, and my dog does not bother anyone at the depot!!!! I will think of a solution

Bad customer service on till 2 today waited for manager due to price error they didn't show up so the till operator said I couldn't have the item because of queue. I left it would be great if everything was priced properly I will not be returning
Needs an extension. Use this place every week, several times a week. Love the engaging staff. Always busy, staff always work hard.
Budget supermarket with cloned items from big brands, some of them are good even cloned. But now definitely not cheaper than other big supermarket. Not sure how do they say they are cheaper comparing with big brands to cloned.
