Twice I have tried to book a parcel with this company. They have now had over £100 of my money and each time they don't supply a barcode or printed label so i can't send the parcel. Each time they say it is a technical glitch but look at the reviews it is not just me. DONT USE THEM!

This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever used. They have not sent me my label print so have had a failed collection, they keep emailing me saying the label is ready to download and it isn’t, customer service is shocking. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
