   No Man and No Van!!! Got a quote, £45 per hour for one man, £75 for two men. Advised that I would only require one man as my husband could assist loading the van. At that point assumed everyrhing was booked as recieved a mesaage confirming payment options. Then a few days later I received a message, this advised that as the man would be assisting with loading the van the price would go up to £60 per hour. I did query this, why charge more if the man was helping load the van? Also why quote for two men if the second wasn't going to help load the van? I confirmed that I had no choice but to proceed asit was two days before we needed to move the items. No response to this. I messaged on the day a few hours before he was due to arrive, no response. I then messaged when they were late, no response! Don't waste your time, go hire a ZipVan as that's what we had to do and if you do hire a man with a van, it doesn't seem that they will be helping to load it even if you hire two at the inital lower rate! ******** In response to your account of what happened, I would suggest you provide a more accurate account to whatever AI bot you're using to write your responses. I only corresponded via text and I didn't agree to proceed with two men. Plus you advised you had a slot avaliable. When I confirmed to proceed with one man who would assist, you never responded to me to say the slot was no longer avaliable. You also never advised what the process would be to confirm the slot. Just that if I paid by cash it would be cheaper. If the process had been better explained, or if you responded to my message, this would never have happened

   Great service, phoned and agreed quite and time, driver arrived on time and was very helpful and easy going, he helped lock sensitive glass table in place and places a soft cloth under the personal boxes to make sure then don’t move and it can absorb some shock. We filled the van in under 30min and went about to my new place, again the driver was professional driving a good speed and avoiding bump and holes to make sure the items arrived safely. I would use again and would recommend.
