Waited all day for delivery. Then received an email stating tried to delivery but no one home! Basically lied. Unable to actually contact anyone to talk to. Really would not recommend as non existent service from my experience. Had to apply for a refund from seller as couldn't actually get the delivery! Insanity!! UPDATE TO RESPONSE: Followed the link you left here - got a machine voice recording telling me the same lie 'couldn't deliver and refused' no ability to talk with a human to resolve as you've suggested. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this courier service AT ALL!
