   Such rude workers, and the shop stinks really bad!! Dont go to them!!!!! They lied saying the evri machine doesnt work and someone went right after me and used it. Absolutely terrible.

   Went with a couple of small medium boxes and told scanner not working as needs charging and to come back in two days time..avoid.

   Absolute joke. They wouldn't take my parcel for the second time. First time they said we don't have space, and now the scanner is not working because of the bank holiday. Walked with the big heavy parcel for no reason. Avoid this place, find a different drop off location.

   The guy who handled mg parcel was so rude. I walk in asking for help as it’s my first time returning via EVRI he just pointed to the machine and told me to do it myself without any guidance or help and was so rude about the whole transaction. I would definitely not be going back there.

   Just tried to drop off a parcel paid for via Evri, walked in with it, 82cm x 40 x 20, straight away, we don’t take parcels that big, (the evri website states, if you can’t fit a parcel into one of their lockers, drop it of at a parcel shop. They are a parcel shop, what really happened is this, they didn’t fancy taking it, because it takes up more space than smaller parcels, cost to send was £28, they can’t be bothered to move it around as they’re limited on space, in that case, don’t take on a contract that you can’t adhere to, I asked what size do you take then, after some hesitation, he said, about 1.5 foot. Unbelievable, plucked out of the sky. I called Evri from outside the store, just as bad there, they said to me some shops don’t take big items, I asked where can I drop it off, they said I could try another place, it’s a lottery out there people with Evri, lug your parcels around the country, maybe even past the intended location to find someone from Evri who’ll take your paid for parcel. I’m done now with that shop, and Evri for life.
