Disgusting!!! I get an email saying that my parcel has been delivered while I was at home, open the door, nothing. Hermes says parcel delivered 28th Nov at 23:59, H&M says parcel delivered 29th Nov at 19:57. Does not make sense!!! Also why does Hermes update on the 29th that the parcel has been delivered on the 28th to a safe place, when I have specified I want my parcel to be delivered to a safe place on the 29th? Horrible customer service
