    I was having difficulties posting a parcel (due to a shoe company giving me the runaround and incorrect info as to where I was supposed to post it from) and Sean was so helpful. He tried posting it with DHL and when that didn't work, went above and beyond to sort the issue by identifying the correct postal company and sending it on my behalf. Fantastic customer service and would absolutely recommend! :)

    This is what I call customer service and going beyond the call of duty! We were organising a school quiz and has masses of different sheets/packs to print - I spoke to Sean who guided me to send the packs in different emails. When we arrived several packs had been perfectly printed and we’re waiting for us. With the picture rounds we had formatting issues so Sean kindly amended them for us using his super smart software and made them beautiful for our quiz. All done with a big smile and great humour - it was the best hour of our vey hectic day!! I would HIGHLY recommend Sean and MBE in highgate for any printing and postal needs. They will be a regular for our school events now!

    Sean was super helpful, informative, and made the whole process stress free when sending two packages home from the UK. I had about 6 months worth of school supplies that I had to ship and Sean made clear from the go what he needed from me so that I could receive my packages in a prompt manner. Furthermore, he was super accommodating and friendly ( I had a London shopper cart that needed to be shipped and he worked with me to get it shipped in one piece). Would definitely recommend!
