The service could be better elsewhere. Unfriendly staff working there who doesn't know the meaning of customer service. He looks like he's doing us a favor. I don't know another shop close by with Evri printing machine but I will find out because I don't like to go to that shop again.

The driver left my parcel outside my flat and recorded it as delivered. On email it said I received it with signature given. This is where I'm puzzled because I was late getting home so was not in to collect it. On Hermes website it states that if I'm not in there will be 2 more times will be tried to deliver the parcel. My parcel was stolen by a neighbour so I had to result in threatening them to get it back luckily that worked. As it was left outside the door in a hour. I buy expensive things not to be badly handled so Hermes SORT IT OUT
