    Terrible service. Yodel could not deliver the order (from Office) to the agreed place. 1) They decided to sent it to their depot without informing me so I didn't have a clue where the package is. 2) Customer Service is poor so there was no reliable way to contact Yodel via chat or phone to find out about the package. 3) Yodel's application was not helpful either - it did not give information about the package and it's whereabout - only that it is 'With Us' (for more than a week). 4) When eventually found out via Office that the package was taken to Yodel's depot, I was asked to collect it in person although it is far away from my home address. 5) When I asked that it is delivered to my home address, I was told that it is impossible and that they will send it back to Office. What a shamble.

    This is the worst company I've ever seen in my life! I hired their door-to-door collection service and they simply never came! They put in their status that they came to deliver and that I wasn't home. That's a big lie! And I have cameras to prove it. And the worst part is that they posted a photo of the front of houses that aren't mine! This isn't the first time they've done this to me. Don't use Yodel!

    When they incorrectly delivered a parcel to my address they refused to take it back, said “its your problem, not mine mate” and advised me to throw the parcel in the bin. They should be closed down - they are trading under false pretences & are a fraudulent business. Absolutely disgusting organisation.

    Absolutely the worst experience of any delivery company. Two parcels one week apart and sent from different companies have not made it to my address. I wait for the delivery window to come and go and then they are back in the depot. Contact live chat to be told the driver can’t locate my address. Mitcham depot is where the problem exists and nothing is done about it. This has never happened before with any other company. In addition to Google Maps showing exactly where I live, I also have ‘What Three Words’ set up on the Yodel app, along with a photo of my front door and a detailed description of where I live. I have now used Live Chat 7 times for these 2 parcels and ask every time why the driver can’t locate my address and I am told every single time that “I have escalated this as a priority to be investigated” and that I will be updated by email. I have never been updated and have never received the parcels. The Live Chat is operated by people reading a list of excuses and will not answer a direct question. Appalling.

    My experience with Yodel has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The issue began when I could not track my parcel. I then received a notification from Yodel asking me to rate a delivery I had never received. The situation worsened on the scheduled delivery day. I was present at my address the entire day, clearly awaiting the parcel. Despite this, Yodel's tracking system falsely reported that the parcel had been "refused at the door due to an incorrect address." This is completely untrue. As a direct result of Yodel's error, I was told to collect the parcel myself from the Mitcham service centre, even though I had already paid for a doorstep delivery service. This was not a simple missed delivery. It was a fundamental failure in their service, compounded by an incorrect report that shifted the burden of their mistake onto me. I cannot recommend Yodel if you require a reliable and truthful delivery service.

    Just poor service all round. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday and was out for delivery out of the blue Wednesday. I was working from home so no problem. I received an email said it was delivered but yet no knock at the door looked outside nothing. Customer service Yodel said it was delivered to the correct address. How? I was here all day. Anyway I didn’t receive my parcel and now having chase for a refund. I would rather they tell me to collect from the depot for whatever reason. Because saying you delivered when you know you didn’t is just ridiculous. Customer service is useless too they said it was left with a neighbour , I asked which neighbour they don’t know to go and ask every neighbour. Then I received a email from customer service saying it was delivered to the right address. So which is it a neighbour or directly to me even neither took place. Yodel becoming worse than Evri. So now I have to check which delivery partner the companies are using before ordering to avoid Yodel. This is the second this year Yodel claimed to delivered and haven’t. Never have this issue with DPD or UPS. Even when Royal Mail strikes you know you will definitely get your parcel it will just be late.

    Customer Sevice is abysmal. I complained that my parcel was left at my front door in plain view of public. Instructions stated leave at back door. They looked into it and referred me to Amazon, the sender. They seem to think they can do what they want and tie you up in knots with a useless online bot. When I asked to speak to someone on the phone they gave me a phone number which is an automated tracking service. It would appear to be the same number for head office too. They do not want to really deal with problems.

    They lie about deliveries that never happened. Waited at home all day for a Yodel delivery. The website said the driver was 3 stops away, suddenly the website changed to say the delivery was attempted but nobody was in. This is a complete lie. No delivery card was left and I can see the roadside from my desk so know with absolute certainty no delivery was attempted. It is impossible to phone up to complain, the best they offer is a webchat service based in India. Update: Yodel are now saying my item is lost. More likely the delivery driver or depot staff stole the item. Their customer service is terrible.

    Used it three times so far. The first time à yodel staff stole one of the two items in the parcel, tapped back it and re-printed the label, the third time, they simply lost my parcel. But the worse is that they won’t tell me for 2 weeks it was lost. Their app is terribly difficult to use. The map doesn’t work. The chat to customer services is full of bugs and kicks you out randomly. Very important, THERE IS NO customer service phone line—only a useless bot which can only give you the status of your parcel. Avoid Yodel as much as possible.
