   If you could give zero stars I would have done that. DHL croydon are the worst courier provider. Their driver is out for delivery in the morning but you could be waiting after 7pm for your delivery....if it turns up. This is a regular occurrence

   Anyone else experience the courier lying about attempting delivery? Sitting at home waiting for delivery with front door open as I need to book a flight once I got my parcel. Then I get a “attempted delivery failure” notice. Complete BS. Raised complaint with customer service and they said “maybe” a manager will reply and “hopefully” I’d get my package next week… wouldn’t even give me the name of the fictitious “manager” that would maybe call me back. Utter shambles - no accountability, no will to provide the service.

   Sent a parcel abroad, nice & friendly receptionist however for the purposes for delivery service. DHL is the worst delivery provider as my parcel was fully checked and sent by the dhl staff to ensure there’s no issue but then they held the parcel at customs and required me to pay more to have it released????! So what I’m I paying the delivery charges for if there’s hidden charges afterwards too. It is ridiculous and disgusting as I called to complained and wasn’t offered a refund either.

   Hard Place to find. Tucked away, in an Industrial Area. Bur there was, a nearby busstop. Had to wait in a queue for about 5min. Other than that - got my parcel. Only negative point: when phoning - if you have any enquiries - there's a 8p/minute charge - for using the phone line. My home address was wrongly entered on the system. But I got that corrected. Thanks, anyway.

   Went to collect a parcel. My initial postcode was wrong. But I corrected it, a few days ago. But please note - there is a phone-no on the email - this charges u £0.07 a minute. So try to contact them by email? But, if u want a quick response, u have to phone. Other than that - phone response times are quick. Friendly staff. Thanks.

   Deserves less than 1 star, ridiculous, awful service. Been waiting all day for delivery only to get a text in the last minute of the delivery window that the driver couldn’t get access, what a lie. Called the customer service who claimed they cannot get hold of driver. Now I have to wait 3 days for it to be delivered as it is the bank holiday weekend. I am absolutely fuming. I needed the item for my uncle’s funeral over the weekend.
