   I am very disappointed with DPD’s service. The courier was supposed to deliver my package, but instead left only an empty delivery note with no information whatsoever about where my parcel actually is. Am I supposed to guess where it was left? Should I walk around to every neighbour, every yard, and every doorstep to find it? It’s unacceptable that the courier couldn’t even write a single word on the note. No communication, no indication, no responsibility. This is not how deliveries should be handled. I expect a much higher standard of service — DPD should ensure that their couriers provide clear information and deliver packages properly.

   If there were to put 0 stars I would put it a thousand times 0, I had to get a package from Monday came an all aggressive man asking for the pin number that never came to me that pin and I even close the door in my nose, I have video and it is being denounced, then that I arrived yesterday Tuesday the package all morning waiting for the package and never arrived I came to deliver a girl named Jennifer, when suddenly I get a message in the email that I is not in house and to top it off they send a photo of a house that is not mine and to top it off they take a picture of a house with number 96 and my house is 97 another day without my package, to top it off I called Costumer Service and they told me that I would arrive yesterday Tuesday but in the afternoon and believe me. to this day my package does not arrivei send me a message that it is coming today or anything like that, lousy service could say the worst of those that exist

   I’ve never had a problem. Last two deliveries they say attempted delivery but I have a blink doorbell that you can see, an alert as well when it rings. Both time neither. I was up awaiting confirmation and no ringing of door or nothing saying a message from blink. It’s now being delivered to a shop, good stuff dod your really making me feel like never using you again

   absolutely disgusting service. been trying to get my parcel for a week now and the driver, KASHIF has gone to the WRONG address THREE TIMES now. once he tooks a pic of a brick wall and rhe last 1 he took a pic of the car wash to say I missed my delivery. no offence to fish bit this aint sharks tale. ive called customer services SEVERAL times and they dont help. a guy called malcom called me once and did nothing. said the delivery guy kashif would come back and he never did. also gave me a number and told me to call him on it, but its just customer service all over again. ive screamed and cried down the phone now as its been a week and samsung are waiting for my phone.. still no help

   I must be in the minority here, but genuinely I appreciate the service from DPD Croydon! Drivers are always on time, they are really nice and careful with deliveries. I have a comparison with UPS Croydon and in contrary to them DPD team always is spot on service-wise. I order stuff frequently to be delivered DPD and with the app tracking and notifications it’s nothing but great. I feel bad for those who didn’t get as high level of deliveries as I get from them.
