   Excellent service. Located inside WH Smith, need to fill a form in using a link from QR code and they print out address slip and secure the yellow DHL envelope. I was sending legal docs to Punjab, India and it was £40 and delivery in three days. Awesome, pain free and trackable.

   After a couple of frustrating days attempting to use another popular international courier service, the DHL Express Service Point at WHSmith Croydon, (Centrale Shopping Centre) saved the day. The staff that day provided outstanding customer service, were patient, and incredibly helpful in addressing all of my concerns. The overall process of posting my documents was very straightforward, and my letter reached its destination in a matter of days.

   Really simple and easy. A bit of a queue when I arrived and the staff kept complaining in front of the customers, but it was around Christmas time so she was just annoyed! Lol
