Absolutely terrible, not able to talk to a person only a bot, said I'd get a call back in 24 hrs it's over a week. Keep leaving parcels on doorstep in full view, last parcel they took a photo in front of the bin, then I couldn't find the parcel, we had that storm and I found that they had thrown my parcel over my high back gate on too the concrete, bag soaked and a hole in it contents wet and I had under cabinet lights in there, this company doesn't care, called Hermes before and was always bad, worse now
