Awful slow service one person working and a queue of 30 people that goes out into the rain. Wouldnt recommend going on a thursday afternoon, youll be waiting an hour minimum in a tiny room.
Just a terrible experience start to finish. Being open 18 hours a week is not a great business model especially when most of the opening hours are during peak rush hour.

BY far the worst service I have ever received. Claims to have attempted delivery when it is a complete lie (stayed home to receive but no one rang the bell). Further more, asking to collect from the post office also is futile as they will "magically" lose the parcel or deem the post office as "inaccessible", literally the same building as them. Opening hours are atrocious. Better closing down entirely than running an absolutely subpar service that just causes delays and frustration.

I sat next to the doorbell buzzer and the postman clearly did not ring the doorbell. Shortly after I received a message that my parcel could not be delivered.
Really terrible service!! They delivered my parcel to the wrong address 3 times!! Then I arrange redelivery again, they deliver to the wrong post office miles away from my house! I had to drive all the way there, they refuse to let me collect my parcel with a photograph of my ID on my phone! Ridiculous when I paid for my delivery!! Royal Mail should be banned forever!! I hope the company get shut down!
Great Service everytime. 1 man is always here working very hard, very humble and polite & always professional at his job. Bold guy always smiles The lady is very well mannered. That man needs a customer service award or some form of reward.. as he desrrves it
Temporary opening hours are between 7am-9am only and closed on Wednesdays and Sundays due to covid. I spent £5+ on travel today for no reason, wish I found this info somewhere online
