My experience with Ryde support has been really helpful I really appreciate working with Ryde and always check the app for shifts I would just like to mention (Rafael) for his great response time and of course his help he has provided to me ! Thanks a lot Rafael !!
I signed up with Ryde in December 2022. It was going good for a few days until I saw all my booked shifts cancelled and have been waiting for a month now to even come across any more shifts. Good pay for the days I worked but company seems unreliable to work with. I spoke to Ryde staff about not seeing any shifts on the app for a while and I was assured there will be jobs available in February. 4 days in and not a single shift has come up. At least not for me and I check the app extensively for shifts. Disappointed really.
Ryde is a great company to collaborate with. Everybody I have dealt with — riders, drivers, operational support — has had a “can-do” approach and been able to solve any problems thrown up during or as a result of the last-mile delivery process. Highly recommended.
I love delivering Royal Mail packages through Ryde. I’ve had problems but I have managed to speak to my manager at site and Ryde on the app and we were able to sort it. Get paid weekly. No faults cannot wait for more work to come through.
No work. Taking on too many drivers so not enough work to go around. The 2 shifts I've had, for royal mail have been good shifts and easy money but now I don't have any more work until 2 weeks time. If the work was there this would be a great set up. But it's not
Reasonable rates of pay for sub contracting through Ryde to Royal mail. No complaints as of yet although support a little slow to get back when having a question although not a big deal and to be expected with app based work. Will continue to work through Ryde providing the work is there and the pay stays reasonable for workers.
