   I will not recommend this app to anyone wants to earn money because this app is a scam , my husband joined this app and if you late to deliver the food it doesn’t matter if takeaway didn’t prepare the food on time but this scums will deduct money from your account as his money got disappeared from his account wallet , thieves opened this account so guys stick with big companies like Uber and just eat !!!!!!

   Have been working with Mealshift for nearly 2 years now and I can't see the business running any other way, theyve become part of the process. We have our own restaurant as well as a number of dark kitchen brands here in Birmingham. As soon as we started with Mealshift they helped us reduce our costs with delivery and take control of fullfilment to our customers (was a mess) Especially the work on multiple brands. We've managed to cut our commissions by using our own drivers on platforms (Mealshift drivers) and at our busiest times are able to cope with orders. The software is intuitive and there are constant improvements being made to our suggestions, the team is very responsive and go out of their way to go the extra mile. Highly recommend if you are sick of platforms taking too much commission and want a streamlined (but easy) system to run deliveries, or if you've got more than one brand this is essential. Keep up the good work.

   Strongly recommended 100 stars. If you wish to grow your retail business/final mile delivery service then I strongly recommend you to use Mealshift!! I currently have a grocery/off-licence store within the UK and was looking at how I could increase my presence online & carry out my final mile delivery. After several months of research & constant meetings/trials with potential partners I had finally found the one (Mealshift) that would cover my EXACT requirements. Mealshift app is extremely easy to use & very transparent & provides the data that every business owner would require!! Support is equally there-just in case you need it! The company has understood the headache that retailers go through (regardless of which sector you’re in) & have provided a solution for it. I personally feel that this particular product that Said & his team have created will be used by every business worldwide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   If your a restaurant in Leicester don't bother with Mealshift. Used for first time today, first rider asked to cancel when i phoned up to check where they were. Tried to get through to customer support numerous times without success. Got so frustrated i left a voicemail message (a little credit given as someone did call me eventually). They cancelled the live order, allowing me to re-book, which i did. All this time the customer was getting impatient, and close to cancelling order. I decided to take the order myself to try and appease the customer. On the way back to our shop, the second Mealshift delivery was accepted, but then was rejected again. Mealshift please get your logistics sorted out before launching into a new City. Fair to say i won't be using you again.
