   I always use this friendly shop for my Evri parcel , either man or women both are very friendly and they know me as this is my local shop . Informed me when the Evri driver to come to pick or drop parcel as I am in online business and very important to deliver my parcel before collection time so both shop keepers are very friendly . 10 STARS :)

   I've used this ParcelShop 3 times, and on all 3 occasions I was treated poorly. First time I went here a gentleman served me, I was sending parcels, he was on his laptop the whole time I was standing there, hardly acknowledged me at all. Second time I visited this shop a lady served me, once again to send parcels, she was miserable and once again hardly looked at me. I thought... maybe third time lucky - so I ordered 2 parcels from vinted to be delivered to this shop. I went to collect them, and the lady was there again - this time she was rude and abrupt with the way she spoke to me. This is my nearest ParcelShop a 5 minute walk, and I sell a lot of things on eBay and Vinted, but I now walk 20 minutes (rain or shine) to the ParcelShop on Whitehorse Road, as the customer service in that one is 100 times better and they know how to speak to people properly.

   I’m going to share my experience. I’m a secondary school student and I don’t know what it was that had made them so upset maybe the fact I was in uniform or otherwise. I came here to pick up my parcel and I told them my name and showed them proof too. They kept demanding ID and I showed them my oyster which is valid id for a child. Secondly the woman got all rude and started saying how I should not come back here and that next time she’ll take my parcel and not give it to me and send it back to the courier. The man i believe her husband joined in they lectured me for about 15 minutes before giving me my parcel. I don’t recommend picking up your parcel here unless all you want is backlash and rudeness

   i went there and they stole my package off my hands. i will never be going to evri again, they also attempted to take my phone, my daughter decided to jump in and resist for me unfortunately they stepped on my phone in football boots and now it is cracked. however my parcel was delivered on time 5 stars.

   They take Hermes Parcels, for Amazon. For some parcels, u can printout a label in store. It's nearby, so I use it. Friendly staff. Thanks

   Went to this shop to drop off a Hermes parcel. Things got off to a bad start when I fell over the boxes on the floor. You could argue I should have seen them as did the staff and customer, but sadly my eyesight is pretty poor. I tried to print off the return label in the shop but the machine wasn't working. The gentleman who works there said the machine wasn't to do with their shop and told me to go elsewhere. Eventually after visiting another two shops offering Hermes I found one in Pollard's Hill which was working. All in all a pretty bad experience.
