Totally unreliable and unprofessional! This guy (Nikos) cannot keep up with the deadlines for filing company accounts. My experience was poor to zero communication, many lies, excuses, a hefty fine for late filing without my approval and making my company look bad at Companies House. Absolutely terrible experience, avoid at all costs!
Unfortunately, i dont have the ability of 0 stars. I am extremely disappointed working with Nikos and the service provided by this bookkeeper. Their gross negligence in handling my company's tax declaration and public documents at all, has resulted in severe penalties, both in financial fines and unwanted points. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for any business, especially in London. I cannot recommend such an unreliable and unprofessional service. Their carelessness has directly affected my company's standing, wasted several hours communicating back and forth with 3rd parties to solve these issues (came from his actions) and I urge others to avoid their services at all costs.

Absolutely terrible experience with Nikos at NS Bookkeeping Services. Due to his negligence, my company received a statutory notice and was put at risk of compulsory strike-off. This was a direct result of his failure to handle my company’s affairs properly. After this, I switched to a new accountant, who attempted to contact him multiple times for professional clearance—a legal requirement—but he was completely unresponsive. I also tried to reach out, yet he ignored all requests. To make matters worse, he had set up his own contact details on the official Gov.uk portal for my company, meaning I was unable to access crucial government services. His lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for his responsibilities have caused serious issues for my business. If you’re looking for a reliable accountant, I strongly advise avoiding this firm.
