Very bad and money makers ,I really don't like DHL service they charged you so much for the small weight and then they charged the receiver again for the custom.I will not use them again nor will recommend to anyone.
Well what can I say I had my identification ready to claim my delivery but the policy between a certain network provider and DHL is absolutely has no logic whatsoever. You see you can go to any UK store and take out a mobile connection with an ID yet collecting your delivery which is literally just meters away from you. Seems impossible according to DHL and they want an email to authorize you to take your delivery. That's okay. I guess it's okay for DHL to spend more money on fuel unnecessarily. My best advice. Whenever possible, get DPD to do your delivery for a lot more professional and have better standards. Also an update. I tried to get a redelivery today. I actually stayed outside the house. No one came whatsoever despite the application saying someone was going to deliver it. Lies and dishonesty stay away. I would give zero rating if possible.
