I sometimes struggle to understand finances/tax, etc - but Ken and his staff has always treated me with respect and patience. I have used them since roughly 2013, and they have always been willing to go the extra mile to help me. I do not understand the negative comments written as this is not my experience from them. I came to them through a friend who works in project planning for bank products - he does know what he is talking about - and he also has no gripes with them. Thanks Ken and staff for your support over the years.
I cant recommend them. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and will ignore any email if you ask even simple questions. I was actually yelled at over the phone when I asked them to explain how I would calculate something and they charge an obscene amount for this "service". I gave them my paper work for the year, they then timesed my total (for the year) by 12! Thankfully by this point I had a new accountant but we couldn't figure out why they did it and when I asked KJM they ignored the question. I have nothing good to say about them at this point but I do hope they improve and provide better service to their future clients.
Ken and his team have been brilliant to deal with. Very patient and full of great advise. KJM have been doing my accounts since 2014 and without them I would be lost.
Not only is Ken completely unprofessional and lacking in client service but he is disrespectful, vile and arrogant. His incompetence caused me numerous issues over the 2 years I paid for KJM's services, and I've had to spend more time, money and effort resolving these issues myself and by paying another accountant!! Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs - you'd be better off hiring a 5 year old to do your accounts - and you'd probably get less cheek in the process!
