Their tracking website says they’ve had my parcel since Saturday 6th December, why haven’t you delivered it to my father, his Waited in for 4 days straight now, shocking company with no regard or respect for their customers
What is going on. 5 different items from 5 different suppliers, all but one would go through the letter box. States all delivered yesterday all at the same time, but we received absolutely nothing. How can this even happen????????
They keep losing mails. postmen doesnt know what they are doing. i m finding letters and bills for strangers in my mailbox constantly. Absolutely the worst.
Terrible, parcel arrived in hub on 15/7. Paid custom fee 20/7. Was supposed to be delivered Mon 28/7. Never showed up. Re-delivery arranged for Thursday 31/7. Never showed up. Went to hub Friday morning 1/7 and was told it wasn't here I didn't pay on time. When I showed them I had, he shrugged and just kept saying 'call customer service, not my fault'. Called customer service who said my postcode wasn't on the parcel so they couldn't find me. I told them they came to my house and left a slip saying I need pay a customs fee- and that had my full address on it-Plus they left the slip at my house. I was then told I didn't pay on time. I asked them how many days you have to pay and he replied 18. I pointed out that it hasn't even been 18 days yet. No apology or admission of error. This was a bridesmaids dress for a wedding so very upsetting as well.
The worst!!! I’ve had two parcels go “missing” this month alone (June) cctv showed no postman or delivery attempt raised a complaint was fobbed off said investigation was done an absolute lie we were all home and cameras don’t lie and again at a later date in June got a message it said parcel was delivered checked cctv showed the postman walk up to the door post nothing and walk away and again two people were home, I’ve lost all faith in royal mail now that I do click and collect or just don’t order if I can’t choose the delivery company for myself
Open at sensible hours. Efficient friendly staff. Surprising given that most post offices are the inner circle of hell
