   I don't go in here often, but whenever I do, I'm always greeted warmly and feel valued as a customer. Once I had to call and enquire about something and I was amazed the phone was actually answered - that's rare for this kind of store! Lovely family who run the shop, who are an asset to the local community.

   Very friendly staff from the local family supermarket shop. One thing need to point out the Amazon return instructions misleading customer, when it's say package included, but its nothing from the shop, you need to pack the return package yourself, the shop only provide print out label not any bag or package at all.

   NB NO HERMES PRINTER. This is listed on the Hermes app as having in-store printing but this is inaccurate - it's a QR code scanner, NOT an actual printer. If your app does not generate a QR code - lots e.g. Vinted do not - then you cannot print a label here. Hermes app is misleading in its description do not waste a trip here!
