   Blue Fenix is the best courier company I ever came across! I have been using this company’s services regularly for past 13 years while living in London (me and my family were sending parcels from Poland to London and other way around) and they NEVER failed us. They are ALWAYS on point, on time, well organised, super professional and efficient and on the top of that - everyone who works there is always very polite and helpful. Communication is easy and flawless as the company frequently informs about everything via text messages. The website is super easy to navigate. Every courier is smiling and happy to help. I wish every courier company would work like Blue Fenix as they are simply the best! Parcels are never damaged, lost or late and they treat their customers with kindness and respect.    Very disappointed with their service. The information on their website is irrelevant to what I have been told over the phone. The woman who I have talked to was very rude. The better service you will get from UPS, then from them.

   Great service. Their website provides online ordering and confirmation (the form was a bit glitchy but just persevere), clear pricing, and they accept larger parcels than most PL-UK couriers as 'standard' size. I arranged collection of my three boxes in Poland on a Thursday, and the following Monday (a public holiday) they were delivered in London.
