    In the whole area no printers working. And when I walked 30min to this shop, again, I can’t use the service. What is point to have digital labels if you can print them anywhere.

    Every 2 weeks either machine is not working, or most of the times they don’t have the label. Also not first time they are sending me to Tesco in Peckham and same thing with them too. No luck with Tesco / Evri in this area

    Evri printer for return label not working for 2 weeks or more. Staff say it is getting fixed but have no idea when??? They keep fobbing customers off to try in a few days but there is no change:(

    Printer was not working, this was still selectable however from the App Store I was returning an item to. I was told it would be fixed the next day by the Tesco staff, it was not fixed two days later. No sign of it being fixed any time soon, Tesco staff seem completely unapologetic about the fact that it’s not working and that they don’t know when it will be fixed.
