   My package arrived sopping wet in one corner due to what I can only imagine was a leakage in the courier van - so much so it damaged the products inside. When I called to share this with the company, a man called Lewis picked up. He was incredible rude, and wouldn't take any responsibility. This was most disappointing as I had spent a lot of money to get the package there same day. I wont be using this company again after this experience

   Left one of our many luggage’s at our Vrbo in Oxford and had arrived in London before we realized. Max was fabulous and scheduled us for an immediate pick up within 2 hours of our call and would be able to get it to us in two hours (with traffic). They were friendly, fast, professional and accommodating. They were the most economical as well! Glad I got their number, I’d use them again!!!
