When the courier first received our bag, we were still in US, having been without our bag for almost 5 weeks. I wrote and explained that it would need to be delivered to my brother's home as there is a business open until 1730 each day. I was told that they could not guarantee a time and at least once the courier tried to deliver it. Twice I had to email and twice I was told they could not guarantee a time - they were trying to deliver at 2100 !! Eventually I just said "Fine, keep trying to deliver and it'll be a waste of your time and ours'. A guy called Fabian replied and said under the circumstances they would now deliver before 1730 and finally our bag was delivered. This could all have been avoided by just listening to our first email instead of several emails, wasted journeys and more hassle on our part trying to organise this from the US. The bag arrived back to us 2 days before we arrived in UK - 6 weeks holiday with no bag. But that was British Airways fault, not the couriers.

Terrible services. If I can I'll rate -100%. Don't rely on this service. I booked a same day delivery at 8am in the morning. Driver was supposed to come at 9am and never came. Called the call center multiple times. Each time they promised driver will come in few hours till COB at 6pm no one came. Extremely frustrated with them. Call center was not helpful at all.

Booked a courier for last Friday and the driver was supposed to come between 9 to.10am. Waited till.10.10am and the driver was still not here. As such, we called to cancel the service but they insisted the driver was here and that they would not be able to refund the money to us. What kind of a company is this?? I even emailed the CEO and there has been absolutely no response. Please do not ever use this company. Yes they are cheap but well, your stuff never gets delivered.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you are thinking of using ECOURIER for your business and would like to retain customers… I wouldnt. I am not sure why BA have given them the contract for delivering lost baggage as this is the worst courier experience I’ve literally ever had? My bag was out for delivery. I received no tracking link or confirmation where I could give an alternative location for the item to be left. The driver called me once he arrived at my appt building gate and I directed him to the post room, and told him that he could leave this them and if they wouldn’t accept it he could leave it in the lobby of my appt building. I said to call me back if he had any issues. As I said… I’d received no notifications or tracking info so I could plan to be at home for delivery. When I arrived home the item was nowhere to be found and it turns out he’d gotten all the way in to deliver it and then just not… delivered it. Despite being told by myself & the post room where to deliver it. I called ECOURIER (was waiting to be connected for 15 minutes) and explained what had happened. They explained that jf it was to be left in an unsecured spot they needed written confirmation and I asked how I was supposed to give that, given I had been given no way to do this. The driver also hadn’t mentioned that this was needed. I said could the driver come back this evening or could it be dropped on the first delivery that morning. THEY DONT DELIVER IN THE MORNINGS AND THEIR FIRST RUN IS AT 1pm??? Mental. She said she’d need to speak to the driver to see what had happened and then they’d see what they could do. I asked her to call me back after to let me know what could be done… she called me back but the phone literally rang once and before I could pick it up she’d hung up. I didn’t really fancy spending another 15m trying to get through to them that evening so I decided to give them a call first thing in the morning. I called again in the morning and explained the situation. I asked if there was anything that could be done and if my items could be delivered first as I have a work event tonight and it’d be really helpful to have some of my items. I also wouldn’t be in after 3pm (because of said work event) and would like to avoid having to wait another 24h for my items to be delivered. They said there was nothing that could be done and they couldn’t guarantee delivery before 5pm. I am understandably disappointed with the level of service and will be making a complaint directly to BA.

terrible and unhelpful service, lack of clear answers and knowledge about where is the courier and why they are not collecting booked parcels. booked collection couriers never arrives, lack of willingnes to solve the problem or other alternatives, they expect people will be waiting over 10hours at home for courier to collect the parcel total joke

The worst courier service we have ever dealt with. Would not even rate it 1 star. Wasted 6 hours waiting for the delivery to turn up and even missed a show that we had booked outside the announced delivery window. The customer service was horrendous and they even cancelled the delivery without telling us even though my partner spoke to them on the phone 3 times and they had advised that it was definitely going to be here. At 9pm they then said they could redeliver it for midnight, at which point my partner just decided to go into London and pick it up themselves because it they needed it urgently for work. They arrived back an hour before they courier service said they could get the delivery to us. If you have to do the job of the courier service what on earth is the point of having them. Absolutely appalling.

Whilst parked at the side of the road an eCourier driver drove down the road at axcessive speed, the driver then suggested that it was MY FAULT for parking there. During the discussion the driver became agressive, rude and made racist remarks towards me. I made an official complaint to the company customer services who said that they would address the matter and get back to be but they never bothered. I have attached a dashcam picture of the racist driver concerned. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Received confirmation of my booking to collect my COVID test, no one ever showed up and no answer from the phone lines or email for 3 days. My test sample has now expired. I can't believe the government have trusted such an unreliable company.

Thinking of using them don't. Trust me they are over charging and not paying drivers. Worse company I've ever worked with. Just quit today after 4 weeks of earning absolutely nothing barely making enough money to keep the lights on at home. Controller and Scott Jarvis recruitment manager are both a waste of time. In one 10 hour shift I had 3 JOBS and they expect you to pay the £170 a week rent for the van plus put fuel in the van. Experience gets worse after handing the van back I'm then told I would be charged £50 to get the van cleaned. This is ridiculous as you can have your car cleaned in and out for £10. The had scott jarvis telling he would call the police if I didn't hand the keys back. As for the pay when you get work it's very bad. London to Warrington less then £60 Then telling you to make your way back to London empty or standby - standby is when you wait for a job in case any one didn't know this, on one occasion I was on standby for 3 hours then told to make my way home from Windsor at 17:00 to me that is a piss Take. In all honesty don't go for this job if I could rate it less the 1 star I could.
