The printer NEVER WORKS! I have visited about 10 times in the past couple months because Amazon uses the useless sods and on EVRI* SINGLE FIRST VISIT the printer is "out of order". Don't bother listing yourselves as an EVRI drop off location IF YOU CAN NEVER DROP SOMETHING OFF.
They took my parcel and it was a big one (few other shops refused) only their printer didn’t work
This is located in Tesco at Limehouse Station. A small desk at the right once you enter makes it easier to drop off your parcel. The machine itself navigates with the process, and it is done in just less than 5 minutes. You can pack your parcel at home and bring it here and print the labels. The best time to go is before 4 pm since the desk closes after 4 pm as it stated when I tried to call the number.
Incompetent and useless. Purchased label online, took to this nearest drop off, they refuse to take the parcels as they said they don’t have space. What kind of drop of shop is this? Reported the issue and had to leave my parcel there nonetheless. Atrocious service. Avoid where possible. They refused to give me a receipt. I reported it via the online chat and was told that they have to accept the parcel. What can I do!? Never again!
Any time I come the printer is always broken. Waste of time.
