   Just wanted to say a big thank you to the Same Day People team for helping me arrange the last-minute collection and delivery yesterday. Price was much more affordable than the likes of AnyVan etc despite offering a within-the-hour service. There were some unforeseen circumstances upon pick-up but you were super responsive on the phone to help resolve the situation and flexible, which was a relief. Much appreciated and highly recommended!

   Truly amazing service. Jason responded to my email enquiry within minutes, I explained that we needed a large piece of shower glass to be couriered from Merthyr Tydfil to Stroud asap. A quick call to a driver based in Wales and Jason had it all sorted. Glass was collected within 40 minutes and delivered a couple of hours later. Card payment and proper VAT invoice supplied, very professional. Highly recommended!!

   Better than the best! I was looking for a cheaper quote than that received from 2 other companies. The Same Day People had the best price, the ability to adapt to the collection and delivery conditions and such understanding of my needs. Unfortunately due to extenuating circumstances I had to cancel the booking I had made and paid for. Both Jason and Andrew treated me like family. Their telephone mannerism, customer service, professionalism and respect is above and beyond excellent. I received a generous refund and was humbled by their kindness and compassion of my situation. If you ever need courier services I cannot recommend The Same Day People high enough as the company to choose. Thank you for being the company that wants the customer to be happy and not the company looking to make money.
