   Said they’d tried to collect my parcel didn’t ring the doorbell or knock and charged me £12 after waiting in all day. I returned it to their depot in Enfield Motson Road as couldn’t trust them to pick it up and no one answers the intercom. Absolute shambles of an organization.

   Precision within the allocated time frame, quick WhatsApp communication with an ability to leave an immediate note to the driver through WhatsApp, well handled parcel whether it was big or fragile. Simply, the trust that I needed to handover my parcel.

   Yesterday DPD Lost my parcel at another address and they don't want to do nothing about it and today I was supposed to receive other different parcel which never arrived, they claim I wasn't at home but I was waiting outside 2h

   Enfield branch seems to handle customer requests way better than Chelmsford branch. No missed collection so far with Enfield branch and when we get in touch with them we get a response not ignored like Chelmsford.

   Today my parcel was delivered to wrong adress. I spend the last 2 days on the phone to make sure it was delivered and yet mistake was made. Very disappointed with DPD.
