   Worst delivery company - I ordered a gift from John Lewis to be delivered. I took a day off work and stayed at home. Got a notification that the driver couldn’t access my address. I was sat by the front room all morning, I have cctv to prove the dpd driver never came to my house. Ridiculous company and drivers.

   Dreadful service, I called their customer service after my parcel did not arrive for 4 days post delivery date and they have this insanely irritating robot handling calls. No option to speak to a person, just repeating the same unhelpful phrases. And then it disconnects the.call without resolving my issue. Get a grip dpd or get out of business.

3. Get to know Animals CIC ★☆☆☆☆

   Constantly cannot be bothered to deliver our parcels, the drivers do not even attend the area, just put up random photos of buildings not even in the area and have the nerve to say that they "missed us". The customer service department is non existent, just a series of pre-recorded messages that send you in loops or a chat bot that does the same. This has been incredibly detrimental to our business and we are completely helpless in what to do about this, you can't even submit a complaint anywhere! I am absolutely disgusted, horrified and stressed beyond words with the poor excuse of a "service" we are getting.

   The driver Lamar attempted delivery at what was clearly the wrong address. DPD have no way to contact them. My parcel was time sensitive. Now I have to wait 3 further days with no guarantee my parcel will even be delivered to the correct address by their incompetent drivers. This is honestly disgusting.

   Today I had a very bad experience. I placed an order with delivery scheduled between 10:17 and 11:17 and waited at the doorbell the entire time. Even so, the driver marked in the app that no one was at home, which is not true. This shows a lack of professionalism and disrespect towards the customer. I hope the company improves the training and seriousness in their deliveries.

   I can accept mistakes, bad decisions and bad communication to a certain point. But for the depot manager to refuse to deliver and pickup jobs and not talk to me or tell me why so I can at least tell my customer, is just wrong. They don't pick up the phones or respond to emails at the depot either. Communication from the Enfield depot manger is a resounding zero. The drivers are the hardest workers but are let down by the decision making and communication from the depot manager. Spoke to customer service and they said I should use another courier. What a joke. I understand that I can use another courier, but not on a Saturday with such short notice and after we already agreed a price with the DPD sales team who confirmed they can pickup/deliver.

   Driver did not even try to deliver. We are a joinery workshop with more than 30 people working there, but they all missed the DPD driver. Really!!

   It is the depot manager who is making a mess. DPD does not take it seriously. Use other courier service to save your time and energy.

   Hands down the worst depot in history From customer service, down to delivery driver called Helio, they are all terrible terrible human beings The worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life and I’m not one that complains Driver is a joke, doesn’t even attempt to deliver and just says, sorry I’ve missed you while uploading a random picture on the app And then the manager keep making promises they don’t keep until they stopped picking my calls entirely Now I’m lost, no idea on earth how to get my parcel Some one needs to sue this depot to oblivion Zero accountability, competence and zero responsibility

   I don`t remember that have delivery on time from this depot, (15:00-16:00) now is 18:45 after i spoke with DPD still haven`t got call back. Don`t know where is my parcel when on live time tracking driver was 2 min away then just drive away back in Enfield. Very poor service from DPD!!!
