Misinformation and incompetence. I wanted to drop a parcel there, called Uber and got told once there that they don’t take more than 10kg packages. Or I should even get a delivery arranged for that—no information from DPD or on Google. At a different drop-off point, I left one without any problem. Once trying to jump on a Live Chat with DPD, I was suggested to get my box and wait outside in unbearable heat. I recommend some customer service training.
