   Absolutely terrible service, came in to pick up a parcel and was faced with one staff member using profanity to another. That same staff member who had used the profanity thought it was appropriate to continue her phone conversation whilst serving me. Unfortunately the phone conversation required her to continue to use profanity. Terrible service very disappointing.

   I pick all my DHL parcels up from here The lady on the reception is so polite and courteous. The best pickup location in the SE They are always there when I pick them up and it only takes a few minutes, that's how every business should operate.

   My documents was accepted and I deliberately asked if sending 30$ would be fine and they said yes. A week after sending, they called me with a random number saying that they had to remove the money and then ask me to collect it in the middle of nowhere wherein you need to walk for 20 minutes to get in. Then at the collection point I had to press the buzzer 3x the last one had to be extra long in order for them to get out and attend to me.

   I send a lot of parcels using this drop off. The staff are so helpful, very efficient and always friendly. I cannot praise them enough!! I missed the lady with works there normally as she was off for a while so glad to see she’s back.
