   Lack of words :-( yesterday postman was trying to deliver my parcel - unfortunately noone was at home. I've received an email informing about the fact. OK - there was a possibility to set the safe place where I would like the postman to live my parcel on the next day when he will try to deliver my parcel again... and I've done it. Today I've received another email informing that there was noone at home so he wasn't able to deliver the parcel... what a waste of time.

   I sent a package with GoPro worth over 300£ Royal Mail lost it somewhere in Chingford. The only thing I could establish was that some of Royal Mail employees in Glasgow opened the package and took the contents. I didn't even get a pound refund.

   Get your opening times right. I turn at 7am, walk down the side alley. I ask a postman where do i got to pick up my undelivered parcel. He tells me" closed today, open tomorrow ". This is 2020 not 1820. Absolutely fuming, checked the website , followed instructions on the card left through my letterbox, times, ID etc. Waited my time, my petrol and losing faith very quickly in Royal mail. Totally unacceptable as i need the item today. It's of no use to me tomorrow.

   Get the opening times right please!!! What a waste of time driving all the way from Wanstead to Chingford. And please don’t get me started on the fact there are at least two branches closer to my home that the Chinford one!! Not happy at all.
