   I am posting this on behalf of my partner who had this experience with this company- I had a very poor experience working with this logistics company and would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. The operation was completely disorganised from start to finish. I was provided with a van without any proper fleet or vehicle check being carried out and without being given or signing a hire agreement. Despite this lack of basic procedure, I was later unfairly challenged about alleged vehicle damage, with no evidence to show whether the damage was pre-existing. Communication was highly unprofessional. When I asked for matters to be confirmed in writing or requested to record a call for my own protection, this was point-blank refused, which raised serious concerns about transparency. I was also pressured on site to complete paperwork quickly without clear explanation, which is not an acceptable or professional way to operate. The overall handling of the situation felt careless and inequitable, with responsibility initially being pushed onto me despite their own failure to follow correct processes. Only later was responsibility acknowledged by management, which further highlights how poorly managed the situation was. This company lacks proper systems, clear communication, and professional standards. The experience was frustrating, stressful, and avoidable. I would not recommend working for or with this business unless you are prepared to protect yourself at every step and insist on everything being documented correctly in advance.
