   I went to collect my parcel today and was surprised to find all the packages thrown into large open bags for customers to sort through themselves. Anyone could easily access and take someone else’s parcel, which feels completely unsafe. On top of that, I received a notification saying my item had already been collected, which suggests someone else took my parcel before I arrived. In the end, the parcel was lost entirely and I was only able to receive a refund.

   DO NOT GET YOUR PARCEL DELIVERED HERE. They allow anyone with a parcel to just rifle through the bag and take anything they want. They are too lazy to get the package themselves. This is literally what they did to me. I've contacted evri about this and they are investigating. They also REFUSED to let me drop off a package despite them being open - so I have to come back and drop it off again, because they courier won't be there for a couple of days. Unbelievable.

   Printer not working for 2 weeks. Not fault of shop. Any idea Evri when you're going to sort out your printer problems. Tesco in Bethnal Green is also out of commission. Very disappointed.
