   Hermes is almost certainly the worst delivery firm in the UK. I've had the misfortune to have them chosen to deliver to me and in *both* instances, I got messages telling me there was a 'problem' with my parcel, and both deliveries were over a week late - one was actually delivered to the wrong address and a random neighbour got it. There is no way of contacting the company and they just direct you to the company you bought the item being delivered. Awful, frustrating and not worth the bother. Please, for your own sake, do not use this company.
