   Recieve a regular delivery from a company who use APC Delivery next day but never arrives, On 2 occasions a different delivery driver named Leon delivers. What that means is delivery service is only good if you have a great person like Leon delivering it. Guaranteed next day. Well done Leon

   Terrible customer experience as well as delivery experience. The parcel was originally due 2 days ago. On the first day, they just simply did not come. Yesterday, they came without ringing the bell, intercom or my phone.(While I was in) Then, I called the customer service, one of the staff called Tony, was not helpful at all, being rude and did not listen to our situation and just kept on repeating that their driver has rang the intercom. While we just simply want to make sure the driver can reach us again today. He said that the company will send me a 2 hours timeslot of delivery to me. (Well, I am still waiting again) Terrible courier.

   The parcel has been found and I did get it fairly quickly. The place itself is busy with all couriers waiting. There should be a designated parking place for collection - when I was visiting, the company was in the process of relocating. Maybe my comment is not adequate now. For 100% AZ a big contributor to the rise of the road traffic and pollution in the area.

   Have only been using these a few months - I get regular deliveries every month or so via APC and so far the staff have been nothing but polite and helpful whether that was at delivery or depot (when I’ve had to pick up). Thank you for your help & making sure I got my delivery ☺️

   Absolutely shocking! Extremely rude, disorganized, unhelpful and terrible customer service. They have lost my package, and they have been extremely unhelpful and rude to me. They hung up on me, raised their voices while I’ve been only trying to resolve my issues. if you are looking for headaches, a lot of falls promises and being treated horribly, then you came to the right place so STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

   Yeah, if you have a choice. Maybe they shouldn't be the first one. I was at work, when they tried to deliver. They could have left the package inside the flat building corridor, didn't for some reason. I have reschedule for the next day taking my day off from work as this was a really important pack for me, being a present and all. Did not receive the package. Tomorrow I will make a surprise visit to their center in Orpington to get my package, really cool that I have to do their job. Amazing even! Maybe learn some stuff from Amazon or DPD. Like being able to call the driver, track the vehicle or I don't know...not offer the option to reschedule the next day if you aren't able to. Update: Just been to the deposit, the package wasn't there for some reason. The person there was really nice and helpful though. He presumed that it has to be in the delivery van...so yeah waste of time and money. Hopefully will get it Monday.

   Very poor experience. Parcel has been "on its way" now for 3 days and still not arrived. No communication at all from the company to say what had happened, so had to call in myself 3 times. Attitude of the lady who answered the call was condescending and with zero empathy that we still had not received the parcel. And when I became frustrated (I shouldn't have to be fair), she hung up . Awful. Will never use again and will be contacting APC Overnight who I believe have them the local link of the delivery.

   My company use these guys on a weekly basis and they have never let us down, yesterday because of a small error (on my part) our parcels weren't picked up, i rung up at 6pm to let them know and had a call back within in a few minutes saying that someone was collecting from me within 5 minutes, i was greeted by a lovely lady :) one of the Directors of the company who had come to collect our parcels. I have to say thank you so much as i wasn't expecting that at all. Thank you as always for a great service! would highly recommend you guys :)
