   I sometimes come here to do my Hermes deliveries. They are always very helpful. I was there yesterday and one of the guys even helped me carry some bags to the car. Some good little finds for food and home in there too.

   My local Hermes rejected taking my Hermes parcel. He admitted refusing to store my large box in his shop, when he took a Hermes parcel from a customer just before me. He was extremely rude, shouting, and offensive. The shop owner’s colleagues who also worked there started talking and laughing at me in their language, I couldn’t feel so discriminated and patronised for a parcel I was supposed to simply send. The owner has been rude to me several times in the past, not just to me but my family. Very abrupt and disconcerning. They shouldn’t be allowed to manage Hermes parcel if they're going to treat their customers this way. I was told to go elsewhere after carrying a 8kg box from a 25 minute walk from my house as I don't have a car, and back. He had no sympathy whatsoever, it was embarrassing. I am going to report.
